Your continued use of the Website or Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Course Access and Usage
Upon purchasing a course, you will be granted access to the course materials for the duration specified in the course description. This access is non-transferable and for your personal use only.
You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person or entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the course materials, except as expressly permitted by Ace Interviews. Unauthorized use of the course materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that is harmful to Ace Interviews or its users.
Payment Terms
Payment for courses and coaching services is due at the time of purchase. We accept payments via major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Website.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By providing your payment information, you authorize Ace Interviews to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
If your payment is declined, we will notify you and you will be required to provide an alternative payment method. We reserve the right to withhold access to the course or service until payment is received.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our courses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@aceinterviews.com.au with your order details and a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to coaching services. All sales of coaching services are final.
Ace Interviews reserves the right to refuse a refund if it is believed that the customer is acting fraudulently or has violated these Terms.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Website and Services in a responsible and respectful manner. You may not use the Website or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
